1. Service Overview

Say It in Frosting is a cake delivery service that manages the entire process from order to delivery.
We work with a network of professional partner bakeries to fulfill orders, but customers will not have any contact with these bakeries, nor will they be disclosed.
All cakes are freshly made to order and delivered through our designated couriers.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed exclusively through our platform.
The price at checkout includes the cake, handling, and delivery. Additional fees may apply for special requests or rush orders.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery windows are estimates, and while we strive to be on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave the order in a safe place or reschedule (subject to additional fees).

Once delivered, we are not responsible for handling, storage, or consumption.
